An electrical construction company executive with over 45 years of industry experience, Loren Wesley Vankirk serves as the CEO of VanKirk Electric. A third-generation electrical contractor, Loren Wesley Vankirk became lead executive of the Winder, Georgia-based business in 1994 and, within five years, increased revenue to $50 million while maintaining profitability via business relationship development and strategic and efficient restructuring.
Loren Wesley Vankirk oversees all aspects of strategy, financing, marketing, and company culture. Under his leadership, the company has secured contracts throughout the continental US and ranks among the top 10 largest apartment electricians per year, averaging between 9,000 and 11,000 units. Before taking over Vankirk Electric, he worked as a self-employed contractor for about 17 years.
Mr. Vankirk completed the electrical apprenticeship program at Green River Community College in Kent, Washington, and maintains licenses in over 20 states. Outside of his professional endeavors, he supports a variety of nonprofits, including the Boys and Girls Club of Winder-Barrow County and Casa de Esperanza. His hobbies include playing golf, auto racing, and traveling.
